Service Description
This 30-minute consultation is designed to help us better understand your career goals, current challenges, and the type of support you may need. During the call, we will discuss your professional background, job-search strategy, résumé, interview readiness, salary expectations, and overall career direction. The consultation does not include résumé editing, document preparation, interview coaching, or other completed services. Instead, it allows us to identify potential gaps, answer initial questions, and determine which career strategy services or packages may be the best fit for your specific goals. You will leave the consultation with greater clarity on your next steps and personalized recommendations for moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time and be prepared to discuss your career goals and the type of support you are seeking. Arriving late will reduce the amount of time available for your consultation. Appointments cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of your complimentary consultation. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will also be considered a no-show. After a late cancellation, late rescheduling request, or no-show, you will no longer be eligible for another complimentary consultation. Any future consultation will require a non-refundable $30 booking fee. Exceptions may be considered only in verified extreme circumstances. This does not include forgetting the appointment, scheduling conflicts, work obligations, transportation issues, or general changes in availability. Supporting information may be requested before an exception is approved. I understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, this is a business, and consultation times are reserved specifically for each client. Missed or last-minute appointments prevent that time from being offered to someone else and disrupt an already busy schedule. If an emergency or extreme circumstance occurs, please email thatcutechemist@gmail.com as soon as possible. Sending an email does not automatically waive the $30 fee. Any exception must be reviewed and approved. By booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
